   Building bases in dayz can be limiting. It would be more immersive to allow all items to be placed anywhere. For example if I wanted to put my bottle of water on a high shelf, or to be able to place a jerry can next to a generator without it disappearing within time. flag poles can be safe points for which placed items wouldn’t despawn.
