init.c spawn loot help

Is there anyone that can help edit my init.c so that when players spawn fresh they have loot?

I've watched tutorials on how to do this and even tested them on a local server which they do work. I can get my player so spawn with guns, ammo, food, etc.

What I wanted to to do is see if I can get a my player to spawn with random loot, any helped would be appreciated.
