Item placement on Watchtower upper level PS5

Hello,

me and my team cant place items in the upper level from watchtower.

After trying it all the time its still not possible. if i take, a barrel as an example, i cant take the "place function" to place the barrel it is not possible to place it on the upper lvl in watchtowers. is this a known bug or its triggerd by something else?

anyone known this?
