Dayz wont launch/start

heys guys, im having trouble getting the game to start up. I get no errors, no loading screen, I click play but nothing happens. I'm stuck on the windows home page. I downloaded dayz exp, the game launched with no problems. Could it be something in the dayz sa files that im missing? is it possible to transfer files from EXP to SA. I also tried verifing the game files through steam but that didn't work, cleared the steam cache, downloaded some windows files, and also tried reinstalling the game.

I have the same issue, does anyone know a solution? I have emailed support, but had no response...

open the Standard dayzlauncher.

Go to Launchparameters.

Enable "bulldozer mode".

click launch.

When in the mainmenu, quit the game again.

Disable "bulldozer mode"

click Launch again.

 

I had a similar problem, but for me it ended in a bluescreen.

I tried everything, i completly reinstalled dayz and nothing worked. But this "bulldozer mode thingy" fixed it somehow. xD

might be worth a shot.
