Anyone else momentarily glitch when respawning?

Happened the last two times that I respawned, just a minor weird glitch - Looks like I am looking at a car's rear bumper, looking right down at it.   Also, shows the vehicle HUD, like I am driving.   Then, 2 seconds later I am a fresh spawn..
