Voicechat problems

I've been playing Dayz for 2 about 2 years now and never had problems with voicechat. but since i went on holiday for 6 weeks my voicechat wont work
my mic works in all applications and games like discord or rust and i never have problems with it

when i hold capslock i see the mic symbol appear ut no one can hear me i also tried using a driffrent mic but that also didnt work.

im clueless and have been waiting for about 2 weeks for the support to answern but nothing

please help me :/
