Owner of Ground Zero Server, I note that this would usually be the process of community administrators, and their game servers. but due to treatment and removal of ability to contact by blocking me I'm left with no other options:

''However note that in the attached uploaded files I have taken this into account and in each instance they refuse to communicate and not follow what would be their guideline of use. It is that to my knowledge that this DATA is held on your Database which is now under your complete control as they disregard their responsibility to manage their entries correctly.''

I'm afraid this matter now lies with CF tools who hold this public record and manage their subscribed communities' their responsibilities and actions. I also would like you or your seniors to take into account the affect and consequence of this in accurate information being held incorrectly and forming a bias opinion of me as a person and also user.

This is a simple request to Identify the community users of the complaint and issue a true reflection on their use of your platform; further more an acknowledgement that my evidence is clear and correct that the status on account in your records is inaccurate entry and to highlight to your community end users of its importance and the correct entry to be made; either removing entries or changing as I now have no way to correspond with them directly.

if required I can approach my local Member or parliament and or; local police unit to approach you and your team for the information held on me your community end users so I can contact them direct, but really I would only like to take this action as a last resort due to the damage in reputation this may have on your company and community users.

Please take this seriously and do not try and par me off, i know my legal rights and responsibilities and yours.

Further more I do not wish to be that person but CFTOOLS Privacy policy states:

c) Right to rectification
Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

If a data subject wishes to exercise this right to rectification, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller.

 I hope so.... Data is serious,  30 days, that's your timescale to make the amendment or delete.. I'm not returning to your server, I know I'm not welcome; but save me and you money / time and remove to stupid 'ADMIN ABUSE reason for ban as the evidence and proof i have remain the same that this is not who I am. Time and date stamped here 22:00 GMT 29/07/2023

Any GDPR related inquiry related around data that CFTools does not act as data controller on must go through the proper channel of the community servers authorized representative as we are neither authorized nor responsible for changing this data.

If you believe that there has been a violation of civil law or any other legal wrongdoing, we recommend seeking appropriate legal advice and following the necessary procedures as advised by your legal representative.
