RGO Frag Grenade?

I killed the admin of server US 150. His name is Profucuus I think. He had 4 RGO frag grenades on him. I've never seen these and I'm scared to have them in case he spawned them in. Any idea what they are or if they're safe for me to have?

Even though this game takes place in the russia, only the american grenades spawn. not the rgo russian one.

Yes, RGO frag grenade only spawns on UAZ vehicles. Its legit.

Warning he has a huge clan on that world once u kill someone u gotta get out. me and my friends kill him and 5 more came on vehicles and killed us.

Be careful with RGO grenades. I'm pretty sure they explode on contact, or have a much shorter delay than the M67s. I'm not sure if there's a damage difference, but there is a difference in how/when they explode.

They spawn on UAZ's, so I'd assume they're legit. 10 spawned on mine.. Have yet to use them however :D
