Weapon magazine management

Simple: When a weapon which has a external magazine is in a hotbar slot, double tapping or shift tapping the hotkey for the weapon slot would make the player eject the magazine and place it in their hand.
Why: To replace the old method of placing the desired magazine into a hotbar slot too and then holding the magazine slot hotkey to eject and pressing it again after, to switch to it, which is: uneffective - unnecessarily occupied slot , only works for exactly the one magazine which has been selected for the slot; tidious; confusing
