Freezing + can't interact

Hey, I bought this game to play with friends. Tried joining server just for the load bar to keep freezing just past the white road line. If I do make it in, I can play for about 5 mins before I can't interact, open, or move anything. I've tried different servers, reinstalled game, restored license agreement, initialized and rebuilt my ps4 database. Tried killing myself and turning off aim assist. It appears nothing I do will fix it!!! ( My internet runs 50mb down, 5mb up) never have any problems with other large open world games.

Im having all the same problems. If I do make it into a server it takes about the same amount of time to not be able to interact or open doors.
