Alright, semi-new player here, but I consider myself to understand a good bit of the game, mainly because of the people I play with and how I can function, either way, few questions.

Do the Night Vision Goggles only spawn at helicopter crash sites and the only 2 barracks on the map in the NWAF?

Also, as this continuously has evaded me, where is the best place to find a ghillie suit, and what does it look like on the ground? A standard item bag, an actual piece of clothing, what exactly? (edit: I have looked at the loot map, seeing that these are all over the place, but just a low drop rate. Is there one best place to look for them?)

Yes. You can only find night vision goggles at the helicopter crash sites and the barracks. Ghillie suit appears as a light-brown big paper-bag kind of item. It's a big brown square, resembling paper or something alike. It's not hard to miss.
