ravenzleon 0 Posted June 20, 2022 Hello, I was VAC Banned 3 years ago for allegedly hacking which I very quickly revoked and reported to "Battle-Eye" right away in a support ticket. I've been a support of this game before it was a standalone and love it ever since. I've been told to contact Battle-eye with unfortunately little to no luck due to their customer support which might as well be non-existent, as they never respond. Both then and between the time I was banned till present (Total of 3 times) I have attempted in 3 years to contact them with no response. I would like to have whatever proof they have on me or anything because I can easily prove it simply isn't true. I played other Battle-Eye games that have detected many of my background applications such as my macro program for my MMO that I almost always keep running in the background which detected and kicked me off for. So I don't know if this was a ban based on something like that or more. Please give me some type of response because I really want to play and all developers say is "Contact Battle-eye we can't do anything on our end" well how do I contact Battle-eye when their customer support is equivalent to that of a freaking shell company lmao like come on give me something useful to work with.
