It takes me out of the 90 ping servers.

I bought Day Z and the truth is that I can't play well, it takes me out of the servers when it's supposed to have 90 ping for having high ping (300-500), I have searched in Spanish and English forums and nowhere have I found a solution to this problem, and I can't refund the Day Z either :(

Help me please :(
