Terrain Builder Launch Error (xc000007b)

Hey guys.

I have received this error when I try and launch Terrain Builder.  I have uninstalled Dayz, Server, and tools.  I deleted the folders and reinstalled Dayz and Dayz Tools but the error persists.  The workbench was not working on the reinstallation but I have fixed that but still cannot get Terrain Builder to load.  I have looked around for fixes on the error but cannot find anything.  I have also verified the files and still nothing.  Any idea what I can do to fix the error?
