Cure for Chernarus

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I am intermittent player since beta Mod for Arma2 (I had other priorities in life ;) ).
Now I resumed (thanks to XBOX S/X game pass) and I am gladly surprised how this game has reached up to nowadays. Is a truly sandbox game with lots of possibilities and game depth but, still, no one clear goal... which is ok, I guess... However, I think that we still need to give a end goal to the game, an higher purpose...
So is that thinking about it, I found myself feeling pity by those innocent chernarusians who has been catch in all this mess... and, well, having lived the 2020 outbreak...

I wonder why Dayz doesn't allow players to pursuit a cure for the disease is ravaging the country...

My suggestion would be to incorporate a system to make more advanced players to get a serum, a vaccine or a medicine (whatever) that could reverse the adverse effects of the infection, and turn the population in healthy areas again.

(Maybe, this is an already lay down suggestion, then please, forgive me as I have not enough time to properly research in forums etc... let's take this as my vote for that already proposed idea.

I also feel I should rise the question... because in my opinion, it would bring up a dimension of humanity for this game unprecedent in others).

Thanks!
Iridio
