How to remove player name tags on a "regular" server?

Is this possible by editing the server config? I think I've seen it on other servers

you have to edit the *yourprofilename*.ArmA2OAProfile in the /users/*yourprofilename*/ folder

Got it, and tried with a small group and none of us could see any tags except someone who could. Here's what that part of the file looks like (server set to regular):

Does it look ok? I wonder if that could have just been a glitch why someone was able to see player tags
