Heya i've got a rented community server i'm trying to setup and I've been trying to figure out how to set my server to restart every 4 or 6 hours. The host i'm using has a tool for that which does not seem to be working properly or i am not doing it right. Can i set it without the tool?

Another question, if i'd wish to change the "hp" value of Fences/Gates(woodenwall/metalwall) where do i go about doing that? Let's say i'd want them to be able to withstand double standard amount of damage before breaking would i be changing their "hp" to double or would i be reducing the damage made to them?
