Im lost lan server set up

this it the error i get when i run my .bat file im not sure what i did wrong

I found this while searching for an answer to the same problem.... and I think i found the solution. 

My server name in the "start.bat" file I am using was different than the server name in my "serverDZ.cfg" file. 

For me, I used vertical bars on one and "dashes" on the other.  Switched both to "dashes" and now the server starts without issue. Now, IDK how sensitive that entry is, but something as simple as an extra "space" might mess it up.
