Loot inventories go missing from tents and barrels (Xbox)

Over the past week, I've been losing access to inventories,  first in some barrels and now in some of my tents in base. I know stuff is in there because another of my clan can see it there, but on my screen, there is no inventory on the righthand of the screen. It shows the barrels and tents in the vicinity, but absolutely nothing below it. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

Have you pressed the right stick in by accident, And closed the inventory by mistake?

Only other reason I can think is desync (so relog every time this happens) or maybe the container is clipped by something? I was unable to access an open barrel yesterday because it was in a tree clipping with the branches. When I moved it out, I could access it.

Ever since the update it seems everything involving the inventory has become "clunky". Even cars trunk inventory wont register. It's very frustrating when I can't get down to my packpack from the top of the inventory. I feel you're pain my brother. Hopefully a hot fix will happen.
