Raise Modifier button

Raise Modifier button has two functions:

1. HOLD: Raises weapon to "high ready" position.

2: PRESS: Toggles ADS.

Make it possible to disable function number 2.

Too often for example in PVP situation when I run out of ammo I try to sprint behind cover to reload etc.. I accidentally press Raise Modifier button and then character toggles ADS and I cannot sprint for cover.
