another Die to not pop-up weapon, cant shot while aim

SRSLY, how many times im must die while crouching with a weapon in hand for example and sneaking, and while i CANT pop it up with just right click to make shots, cuz when i try after some actions before like inventory ? or jumping across a short fence i JUST CANT INSTANTYLY POP UP my weapon (while i know its in my HAND ALREADY!!!), its faking horrible to die due to damn trash like it, cuz I MUST HIDE IT AND THEN AGAIN TAKE IN HAND OR MAKE 2X RIGHT CLICK trying to get THE AIMING MODE properly...

im noticed it many many times before, and im srsly disgusting of this shytt and dying in a moment where i have my weapon in hand and cant right-click aim or DO ANY SHOTS for a 100% kill cuz i must repeat the Hide/Take Out the GUN omfg while the suprised enemy just pop up the gun and shot me FIRST...

u dont have these problems sometime ????
