Logging into community servers

Hi guys, im trying to play a server that my friends are on, however on my ps5 on my own internet which is 400mb on the ethernet this server loads the 30 seconds but then is stuck on loading screen same if i switch to wifi but if i connect to my neighbours wifi which is slow it connects no problem, doesnt make sense because on my own internet i can connect to all other servers, ive spoken to the server owners and they cant do anything (tried unwhitelisting and whitelisting) etc no joy has anyone come across this before any help would be appreciated
