New sensitivity on console is broken

I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I adjusted the sensitivity all the way to the left for EVERYTHING it didn’t slow down my sensitivity. It actually did the opposite and my screen was flying all over the place! Anyone else experience this? I use an Astro c40 controller.
