Connection Failed (CODE 9)

Recently i downloaded dayz again and i want to play it with my friends, but i can not join any modded or any official server's for reason i don't know.

When i was trying to join of any server , i keep getting Error code 9 (connection failed).I tried every method or every solution's, i saw at forums , threads, nothing changed so far. I re-install DayZ 4 times and i verificate my files over and over again , i tried open a new port on my router, i did but it is not working at all . And maybe it can help to figure it out for you:

 When i was open the DayZ , at character select screen , play button shows a same server every time and that server is closed long time ago. And my character is also same profile and its not resetting or i can not delete that, even if i do re-install game every time. Its seems stuck on that server or maybe files or something like that , it is crazy but it seems like it is. So any stuff member can help me to play the D A Y Z ?
