Do you think we’ll see the ability to dual wield some weapons, such as pistols, sawed-off double barrel shotgun or scorpions for instance?

This feature got my attention, for I was watching BI Update Teaser videos on their YouTube and noticed for 1.11 Stability Update they feature two hand-guns being held at once as seen here:
