Terrain Builder/Buldozer No Sat Image

I have started trying to build a new map and I can't get my sat image to work in buldozer.  When I load into buldozer all i see is water, sky, and black land.   Until i get my camera close then the textures render in a small cone where I am facing.  Other than that its all black.  Any help would be appreicated.  And if you need more information from me to be able to help just let me know what you need.
