mad.mad 1 Posted January 22, 2022 Good evening, I've been playing DayZ for 3 years starting on console and moving over to PC 2 weeks ago. I loved how 1.12 (I believe) Made Infected AI attracted to Light in the dark, Couldn't hear as much noise the player makes indoors and couldn't hear as good in rain, I loved that feature! But I just realized something that could improve infected AI even more. What if infected could hear coughing, Sneezing, Eating, reloading firearms, Switching fire modes, Etc... Also one thing that could scare the player is if some infected could spawn indoors and not make as much noise. I personally believe that these changes to infected AI would Improve DayZ so much more! (Side note, make the inside of buildings much darker during the day just to make looting a bit harder and creepier!) 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I would love that but how would they implement that without too big of a performance hit? Also i did a test once - there was sound coming out of the radio attached to my backpack and i was crouchwalking behind a zombie and the zombie didnt react in any way. Tommygunz89 24 Posted January 25, 2022 The zombies are already HIGHLY AWARE, how about introducing more different types of zombies again.
