Game fails to start

Game fails to start when i press "Play" button in launcher. Error message shows up saying "0xC000012F - STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_NOT_MZ".

Things i tried to resolve this error:
1) Reinstalled VC++ Redist (all versions from 2010 to 2022, i know that game needs 2013, reinstalled others just in case)
2) Checked integrity of game files via Steam
3) Microsoft Dependency Walker
4) Reinstalled game
5) Rebooted pc after each reinstallation of VC++ to check if everything works
6) Unsubbed from all mods -> checked integrity of game files
7) Deleted every other VC++ Redist except 2013, reinstalled it.
8) Reinstalled windows -> reinstalled vc++13 -> reinstalled game once more

My pc specs:
1) Win 10 Pro 21H1
2) Nvidia RTX 3070
3) AMD R9 5900X
4) 32Gb RAM
5) Game is on SSD, on same disk as Steam client.

Well, i fully reinstalled windows and it seems like that problem is fixed.
