Black screen when loading

Hi everyone two days ago I played dayz and was fine. Yesterday I went to play and when I go to get into the server I want the screen is black and task manager says not responding. The server loading screen doesn’t even show up just black.I uninstalled and installed tried a few things I saw online then uninstalled and installed again same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This happens on any server. My others games I can play just fine. I’m a total noob when it comes to computers. But Dayz Experimental works just fine

Alright I had the same exact issue and this is the fix that worked for me. 

First off, you’re going to want to have both DayZ and DayZ Experimental installed, then head on over to the local files of each game and delete all the files in your DayZ folder, after doing so Copy & Paste all of your files from the DayZ Experimental folder into the DayZ folder.

Viola, you (hopefully) should have your issue solved. If not best of luck.

(You don’t have to validate the game on steam or anything just launch it.)
