Problems with self-made box when placing it

Hello, I've made a box and it works so far.
Unfortunately I have the problem that the box is halfway under the ground when placing it with the mouse.
I'm just starting with moddeling and I hope you can help me further here.

I´m already new in Dayz modelling ,ithink,  you have to place a vertex at the point for the ground contact and create a new LOD called LandContact.
