Flares and Chemlights are way too common

I feel like makarov ammo, flares, and chemlights spawn FAR too frequently in residential areas. I don't know about where you live but where I live, you're more likely to find canteens/water bottles canned foods and backpacks rather than chemlights and flares. I go into apartment buildings and all I see all over the floor is chemlights, flares, and pistol mags. Just my two cents on loot distribution.

It may be true, but how badly is that hurting gameplay? I think they're trying to cater to new players who use them during night games, because a whole lot of people bellyache about how dark the night is and they might want them to be able to counteract it as readily as possible.

Just a thought.

In my opinion, other than the fact that it might displace better loot, it doesn't hurt all that much.
