we need more choice, then just one hosting server there servers haven't been working properly for the last 3 day iv put support ticket in and you get nothing back fed up with there service so bad

There customer service, The way there servers run, and the fact they are the only option... i want more options for the community and to be able to have a smoothly running server... maybe even a chance at console modding... please listen to your people bohemia

Yeah.. Nitrado is garbage. They're like the McDonalds of server hosting. Cheap prices, everyone goes to them, they make a ton of money, but they've still got crappy food and service.
