Arma II/Operation Arrowhead instead of Combined Operations?

Hey,

I've bought the Arma II Gold Edition on Steam a while ago. Arma II CO wasn't included so I've got Arma II and AO separately on my Steam account.

When I want to play I get this error message: "You can not play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.cherarus"

I've searched the FAQ and the answer to that problem is: Make sure you launch the game as 'Combined Operations' and NOT 'Operation Arrowhead' when launching from STEAM.

Is it possible to solve that problem without buying CO? Is there a known solution for that problem?

When you buy Arma II and Operation Arrowhead you already have CO. Right click OA and click Launch as Combined Operations.
