What happened during the incident: He stole a vehicle, I intercepted it and shot the tires out and he disconnected. Rejoined and attempted to drive off again and I shot the tires out more. He got out of the vehicle and I shot him and he disconnected while bleeding. *BANNED BY ADMIN* He then went to a different server, healed and attempted to reconnect to the server again to steal vehicle again.
