Messages.xml Hard to See In-Game

The current in game messages are red and small text. Hoping in the future they can be more customizable size, boldness, underlining, a selection of colors, placement on the screen (bottom left(current/default), left middle, top left, top middle, top right, right, bottom right, bottom middle, or center of screen)

If not, a standard bold white text may be easier to see.

Possibly a way to update these messages without restarting the server would be great as well, like how the ban and whitelist updates while the server is running.
