1 Character for every SERVER

i dont know if thats a bug or something but every new official server i join the game put me in with the character i have to the last one in a new spawn with my gear its kind annoying because i like to have a new character in the new server i join to there is some solution in that pls help how can i have multiple characters to every server i want a new pls help if you can...

Official servers share characters.

From my knowledge 1PP servers have one hive, and 3PP have another (So 1PP character can't go on 3PP server, and vice versa).
You can't have multiple characters from what I know.

Community servers usually have 1 character per server (so no sharing).

Edit:

Best 2 things you can do are:
(free) play on a community vanilla server to have a new character there (and one on official),
(costs money) or buy a second copy of the game (also you would need another steam account).
