connection error server

Good evening everyone, I have a public server where a player cannot connect.
the player tries to connect and the server after 1 minute and 20 seconds tells him:
kicked: "Client not responding" (Playtime: 1 minute, 20 seconds)
this has been happening to him for about a month ....
Today in a new attempt, without making any changes to either the server or the PC player, he managed to play for about 5 minutes before the server crashed for no specific reason and was no longer able to re-enter
after all that the game crashes irremediably by telling him
0xC000005 - STATUS_ACCES_VIOLATION

has it ever happened to anyone? if so how did you solve it?
