A couple of weeks ago I bought a computer in a thrift store (I can't afford a new one), I know your game recently, installed Steam and bought your game yesterday (10/10/2021), started playing with two friends (they are also Russian), played on the server from the tab "official servers" (I don't remember the exact name of the server), played yesterday 2.5 hours (according to Steam), we were killed in Chernogorsk all three, we left the game and went to bed (it was already night in our time zone) everything was fine until this time. Today, after a hard day at the factory, upon coming home, I turned on my computer and launched Steam, what was my surprise and bewilderment when I saw the notification "You have received an indefinite lock", at first I did not understand that this applies to your game, but then when I went into the game and tried to connect to the server, I was given a sign with the error "Global Ban".
Dear developers, during those not long 2.5 hours of playing with friends yesterday, I fell in love with your game from the first run and sight, together we searched for food, fished, fought zombies and in the end died in Chernogorsk from the bullets of bandits. Please unlock the game for me, I did not break any of your rules, and I did not even kill anyone (except for zombies), I would very much like to continue playing, because my friends are waiting for me there :(

Тут с разбаном не помогают, это к BattlEye и Valve
