[PS4] Spawning in the same 2 locations

Since the 1.31 update I noticed that I always spawnb in the same two locations, regardless of which server I am on or how often I die. Both are right at the shore. One is south of the lighthouse south of Svetloyarsk, the other is east of Balota, south of the airfield.

Is this working as designed or another 'feature' that needs fixing?
