My suggestion is to solve the problems and stability of dayz vehicles until it looks like this video, even drifting the car should continue in the direction you want to go

the main comments and suggestions here are always ignored so I'll assume this will be too, but it would be a good thing to do that. 😄

There's a difference between having unrealistic suggestions, and suggesting some minor tweaks.
That kind of handling you can only expect from rally sims, for that look into Dirt Rally 2.0 and such games.

They've said they plan on fixing car stability issues, so give them more time. It's going to come eventually.
