Is there a way to disable head bob? I get motion sickness playing

Is there a way to disable the camera shake or head bob in this game? I searched online and saw a headbob=0 in the cfg but this does not work. Is there anything I can do to turn it off? I get really bad headaches and nausea in either 3rd person or 1st person mode.
