Spawn in Knocked out & Wake up (for New Spawn immersion)

A great feature that I love that yall added on the game was being able to get knocked out and how it looks when you wake up (with the eyes blinking animation)

Being that said I suggest that all new spawns for the sake of immersion doesn't just appear when you first start the game (load in) Instead, a new spawn should actually open their eyes just like it does when they're waking up from getting knocked out.
