How does re-stock affect minimum values in the types.xml file? If the actual item count goes below the minimum, does a new one spawn instantly, or does re-stock time remaining matter when active? Will an item begin to spawn when actual count is greater than min but less than nominal? When and what else determines when an item queues to respawn?
