How to stop DayZ from downloading Steam Workshop Addons, no longer subscribed to.

Hello, a family member was going to share Terraria with me so I could play it. But when we setup Family Library share on my computer it decided that it was going to download all of his DayZ Workshop Addons, which is about 15.7gb worth now.
1. I for one do not have the internet speed to download all of this.
2. I do not have the space on my computer to download this.

I removed Family Share perms and it's still trying to download the content like I'm subscribed to it but I am not. I have tried clearing my Download Cache and it's still trying to download it. I can't access the game now because it's trying to download the addons, and the launcher insists on downloading the addons. How do I go about getting it stop downloading all these addons, that I do not need?

 

I already contacted Steam Support about this issue, and told me to ask for support within DayZ.
