No prompt to start vehicle (pic in desc)

So I've got no prompt to start the engine of vehicles anymore. I had been using one for a while when all of a sudden I couldn't start the engine. I thought maybe my car was glitched so I found another one and the same thing happened. I waited for a server restart, logged, killed my character, and even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing worked. I can no longer use vehicles. Here is a pic of what I see. The car is not ruined, I just can't start it and don't even get the prompt to start it. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix it, it would be much appreciated!
