stuttering in windowed mode

Hi

Dayz really doesnt like windowed mode:( In fullscreen works fine but in windowed mode i get stuttering,i mean i get around 100 fps but it doesnt feel like 100 fps. I stream so having windowed mode is neccesary..if anyone have a solution please share.thanks in advance
