Health dropping for no reason

Can anyone explain this? The health cross dropped all the way to red and is still dropping despite my hydration and food being in the white and I have no injuries.

 

This is on Spaggies Namalsk server.

i had a few problems with water dropping really fast and food goes to quick aswell not sure why the health bar is doin that tho

I've noticed when your shoes are ruined this happens. Game doesn't tell you its your shoes though.

Do you not notice your blue temperature icon? Being dark blue makes you lose health, so does red temperature. Yellow and light blue do nothing besides speed up the rate you get hungry.

Yup, it's from that. Do you see your blue clothing slots too, like this:

Make sure they don't get Light gray, because that's frostbite. Frostbite decreases your max possible HP,  and (unless they updated Namalsk) you can't recover from Light gray.

Made no difference in the end anyway as I just got shot by someone...so...  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
