Middle of nowhere?

Started walking north west in hopes to find an airbase or something to get military grade equipment, ended up in a barren mountainous land with no trees just a shit load of mountains. This area is ridiculously massive for an area with absolutely nothing in it, been 2 hours so far with one hour spent walking and the other hour spent riding a bike (found a random area with a bunch of bikes, cars, etc and 3 dead bodies). I now have no fuel on the bike and was riding for an hour south west in hopes to get close to the coast line or see a tree or something. Where the hell am I?

Haha i also did this and died of starvation or something because i suddenly passed out. While walking through the woods i often was like "where the fuck AM I?" xD

Great place to hide vehicles and what not albeit a little hard to get to.

Everytime I wander into the wasteland I always imagine getting a bunch of people and having a massive axe fight with about 50 vs 50, each team different mountains and then have everyone rush in on queue and fight to the death in a random valley. It's where I envision DayZ going one day haha

So how do I get back to the map then? I've just been running south west but it's just mountain after mountain after mountain :/

Mh might not have been that extreme with me there were still towns... i did walk north though and there's an awfull lot of forests.

You can join Canada 2 server and its only going east for 2 minutes and youre out.

But there is a 90% chance u will die. People know people go to this server to get out, people are waiting in debug forest to kill you .....................

the only way to go back is the way you came...if you don't know, then consider yourself officially lost. instead of the pussy tactic of respawning, see if you can make it out. go until you run out of food/water or blood or whatever. test yourself :D

I'm not gonna respawn in another server to get out, got myself in this mess and im gonna get myself out. Anyways, first time I saw a bandit camp, and first time I rode in a vehicle so not a bad journey. Going to head south east as Timmy mentioned, hope I have enough to drink and eat:p
