Car "stuck" bug

Hello, 

Few days ago me and my friends bought the game at ps4. Me and my friend cant drive any car on any server because while we jump in start engine car cant move reverse or forward no metter which gear. Car Just slide like on ice while our other friend jump in any car and move without any problem. We tried to reinstall game, reinstall ps4 system, restore database nothing works... 

Guys got any ideas how to fix it? PPL Pay a lot of cash for bugs like this...

I play on PS4 and while I've experienced a multitude of various issues with vehicles, I can't say I've heard of that one.  I'm not trying to dismiss your issue but there are problems of varying degrees that you can run into in this game and they aren't necessarily consistent among players on the same server, etc. 

I wouldn't expect any support from BI on this though, neither in this forum or on the support page.  I've seen many posts including myself looking for solutions with no reply.  You're only hope IME is that another customer will chime in and maybe have some sort of work-around.  .....but like I said, this one is a little baffling to me.  ....sorry.

ive had this exact same issue ,only playing on xbox via xcloud. so reinstalling isn't really an option for me.
