Server SG 4500 broken

Server sg 4500 seems to be in a rebootloop. Sadly this is where my base is so the game is un playable right now. I new to this game so  dose this happen alot?

Try letting them know on twitter, that gets more attention then the forum. I see you reported it as a bug already which also helps.

It does happen every once in while, but not to common. Can be a few days before it comes back, depends on what happened to it...
